Service Agreement Plans
Our firm offers an exciting membership based service plan that is designed to save you money as well as ensure your peace of mind. We accomplish this by inspecting your system for any flaws or weaknesses, and fine tuning any areas of concern. Through this your system's efficiency is optimized, making sure you're getting the most for the money you spend on fuel.
More importantly, through our annual inspection we examine your system; verifying it is running both properly and safely; safeguarding your family's quality of life. Most home emergencies (floods, fires, freezes, poisonings) can easily be avoided with regular preventative maintenance. That is the goal of our program.
Furthermore, here is a list of benefits that come with our Service Plan packages:
- Annual Inspection - Each plan comes with one free annual inspection (plumbing, heating or air conditioning), during which we identify any potential threats and verify optimal and efficient operation.
- Discounts - Service Plan customers pay on average, at least 20% less than non-plan customers on all types of service and purchases of any kind (fixtures, systems, appliances, etc.).
- Increased Home Value - Includes maintaince documentation, which can be provided to potential buyers. Also after 5 years, the plan is free and transferrable to future owners.
- Priority response time - During storms, holidays, power outages, cold spells, heat waves, etc. our Service Plan members receive priority placement. Meaning if we have five calls scheduled prior to your call, none of which are Service Plan members; you are automatically moved to the front of the line.
- Lower Fuel Bills - Equipment that is running well, runs more efficiently than dirty unserviced equipment.
- Extended Equipment Life - Regular equipment maintenance maximizes it's potential life-span, avoiding costly replacements.
